Overview
XD2200 is a 125°C halogen-free flame-retardant wire and cable compound, colorable, built on a polyolefin base with inorganic flame retardants, antioxidants and lubricants, internally mixed, plasticized and pelletized. It is used in volume for wire and cable insulation and jackets.
The product has passed environmental testing and complies with the latest RoHS and REACH requirements. The 125°C XLPE family it belongs to passes UL 94 V-0 style burn testing, withstands −40°C cold, and serves automotive wire, building and installation wire, electronic wire, thin-wall vehicle wire, and power, control, marine and signal cable.
Packaging & Storage
Supplied in aluminum-plastic bags with kraft paper lining, 25 kg net per bag. Store in a dry, well-ventilated warehouse.
