Equipment scope — Cable production equipment

What the Equipment Does

Line-support equipment keeps the product moving at constant tension from reel to reel: motorized pay-offs and take-ups handle the reels, caterpillar and wheel capstans provide traction, accumulators buffer reel changes without stopping the line, and in-line spark testers and diameter gauges catch defects as they happen.

Finishing Equipment

Rewinding lines inspect and re-spool finished cable; cutting and automatic coiling machines produce packaged coils ready for sale. All units are quoted to match reel dimensions, cable diameter and line speed of the existing plant.

Equipment configuration

Turn the cable construction into a complete machine specification

Product geometry, process sequence, output target and plant conditions define the equipment class, modules and controls.

Multi-spool wire pay-off and tension-control array
Reel dimensions, mass, speed and tension range define the handling equipment.
  1. 01

    Define the cable product

Share the construction, conductor or core range, finished dimensions and process materials.

  2. 02

    Size the main machine

Confirm speed, output, lay or overlap requirements and the applicable reel specification.

  3. 03

    Complete the line interface

Align pay-off, take-up, inspection, controls, utilities and available factory layout.

  4. 04

    Set the acceptance plan

Agree on the sample product, measured items, trial duration and production records.

Application & process

Configure around the finished cable

Applications identify the product scope. Configuration inputs turn that scope into machine size, modules, controls and acceptance criteria.

Wire production floor with reel-handling modules
Auxiliary units connect reel handling, line movement, inspection and finishing.
