Overview
HZD2820-L is a 150°C halogen-free flame-retardant cable compound, colorable, built on a polyolefin base with inorganic flame retardants, antioxidants and lubricants, internally mixed, plasticized and pelletized. It serves electronic equipment wire, communication wire, building wire and instrumentation cable that must survive sustained heat.
The grade extrudes on ordinary PVC equipment with a smooth, round wire surface. Its mechanical performance meets the UL 758 and UL 1581 requirements for 150°C XLPE — thermal aging is verified at 180°C × 168 h — and the designed flame-retardant class is FT2.
Packaging & Storage
Supplied in aluminum-plastic bags with kraft paper lining, 25 kg net per bag. Store in a dry, well-ventilated warehouse.

- 02A dedicated halogen-free screw with compression ratio below 2.5 improves output and surface quality
