Overview

HZD1611 is the environmentally-friendly member of the HZD16xx heat-shrink family, introduced to meet the EU RoHS directive: it contains none of the six restricted substances — lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, PBB or PBDE. Rated at 125°C, it is built on a polyolefin base with flame retardants, antioxidants and lubricants, melt-mixed and pelletized.

Tubing produced from HZD1611 meets UL 224 and serves cable connection, pipe connection, component insulation and multi-strand bundling. Its mechanical performance satisfies the UL 758 and UL 1581 requirements for 125°C XLPE, with good processability and cost-performance.

Packaging & Storage

Supplied in paper-plastic compound bags, 25 kg net per bag. Store in a dry, well-ventilated warehouse.
